What this website collects, how it is used, and what it does not do. Effective September 19, 2026.

The quote tool

The quote form collects gender, date of birth, a self-described health level, tobacco use, coverage amount, and term length. These answers go to a quoting service run by the carriers' application platform to generate rates, but are not kept by this website. No name, address, phone number, or email is needed to see quotes. Identical repeated requests may use a temporary cache instead of contacting the quoting service again.

Applying

If you choose to apply, your answers fill a secure application run by the carriers' application system, and you are bound by that platform's privacy terms. Susman Insurance Agency, a licensed California insurance agency (License 0B75129), oversees applications.

The contact form

The contact form requests your name, email, an optional phone number, how you prefer to hear back, the subject, and your message. It is sent by email to the agency; your email address is used as the return address. This website does not save messages, maintain a database of submissions, or track message text. An anti-abuse check runs in your browser before sending.

Measurement

This website measures page views using a first-party, cookie-free system hosted on this domain. Cookies and local tracking markers are not created; half of your IP address is removed before storage; query strings from referring sites are stripped; raw visit files are removed after 90 days. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control requests are respected and the visitor is not measured.

What we do not do

We do not sell information, use advertising trackers, or include third-party analytics. This website's only third-party code is the carriers' application system, which loads only if you navigate to the application page.
